WRESTLING

Sensei Hamilton (Circa 1975)

STAGE I

Introduction to the sport and benefits of Wrestling. Initially this course will focus on Folkstyle/Intercollegiate Wrestling rules and procedures. 

Stage II

This program will move on to Ground-fighting Tactics, Effective Self Defense, Mixed Martial Arts and Submission Techniques.
